Creative

My name is Tyler Jones Doiron, and I am a senior at UConn studying finance with a minor in entrepreneurship. I grew up in Redondo Beach (South Los Angeles), CA, where I fell in love with culture, community, creativity, and over the past few years I have balanced that with the grind and ambition I picked up spending time in New York City. Those two worlds feel like different sides of me. The West Coast keeps me grounded and reminds me why I create, while the East Coast pushes me to keep aiming higher.
I have been building and working with brands for my whole life, from painting shoes in my garage under the name TDCustomz to personal clothing lines like Plainboy, Tyler’s Modern Wear, 616, Note to Self, and Poolboy. I was even able to work for LiverpoolStyle under their head of marketing. Every step along the way has taught me something new about design, storytelling, and how powerful clothing can be when it carries a message. My goal is to create work that inspires positivity and self love, while also building something real and sustainable. At the end of the day, I want to use creativity and discipline together to make something that lasts and actually means something to people.

At Liverpool Style, I focused on expanding digital reach through e-commerce strategy and paid ad campaigns, generating over 100,000 impressions and significantly boosting brand visibility. At Joolies, I drove online traffic through strategic marketing and optimized web content, contributing to a 40% increase in site visits and over 50,000 social interactions. Both roles blended creativity with performance marketing, showing how storytelling and data can work together to deliver real growth.
Marketing Experience

With Tyler’s Modern Wear, I focused on graphic and digital design, creating visuals that translated contemporary aesthetics into bold, wearable graphics. 616 became my space for construction and technique, experimenting with fabric manipulation, layering, and deconstruction to craft one-of-one pieces that blurred the line between fashion and art. At OCHI, I centered on brand identity and message, shaping designs that carried a belief system and community energy, using mirrored graphics and storytelling to turn clothing into a statement. Across all three, I’ve balanced digital creativity, technical craftsmanship, and purposeful brand direction.
Creative Design

At PCCP LLC, I supported strategic analysis and marketing research in real estate and finance, learning how brand positioning intersects with investment strategy. With Advanced Physician Management, I worked on refining brand messaging and developing marketing approaches tailored to patient demographics. At BNY Mellon, I gained exposure to marketing strategy in a corporate finance context, sharpening skills in research, communication, and strategic growth initiatives.
